How Does it work for Buyers?
Our typical buyer clients use the internet to begin their home search, often compiling a list of 15-20 potential homes. They then take the time to drive past their list of homes and/or walk the neighborhood. By taking this next step our buyers can easily eliminate the vast majority of homes on their list.
Once our buyers have whittled their list down to a handful of absolute favorites, they call us to schedule a 2-hour home tour. We tour as many homes as we can in that two hour timeframe- most buyers can easily see 4-8 homes in that time, especially if they are in the same neighborhood.
From this point on, we proceed in the same way as any traditional agent would: we help determine the best offer price, offer comparable properties analysis, write the offer, and submit it on behalf of our clients. And we'll be there for you over the coming days and weeks to help with negotiations, inspection and closing.
So what's the difference?
We reward our buyers 50% of our commission for saving us time during the search phase of the process. That's it. You save us time, we save you money. See all the details on our Buyer Program Page
