What do sellers get?
Since we offer the same set of services for every home, we see no reason to charge more for our services based on the price of your home. Our sellers are charged $2,500.00 no matter how expensive the home. For this one low price they are offered:
- A current list and analysis of comparable properties (sold and active) so we can help our sellers determine the price of their home.
- MLS entry with as many photos as the MLS and our sellers would like.
- Internet marketing (Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, blogging).
- Virtual Tour on every listing (professional video and still photography).
- Yard sign and lock box delivered and installed by one of our agents.
- Professional showing service (professionals will screen and schedule showings for interested agents and buyers).
- We update our sellers as showings occur, and provide feedback from agents and buyers as it comes in.
- We write all contracts and have our sellers sign digitally with DocuSign.
- We negotiate on our sellers behalf.
- We accompany our sellers to the closing.
- We provide our sellers with digital copies of all paperwork and contracts, and we'll even store them online for years to come.

- What are my costs as a seller?
