Back to Basics

What is a key to successful selling, and how can your home stand out from the rest in the Denver real estate market?  The most basic, easiest, and least expensive thing you can do is to clean it up.  Having been in this industry for over 14 years, believe me, I’ve seen it all, from immaculate, to downright embarrassingly dirty.  The rare buyer can overlook a mess, but most will be distracted and leave with a very negative impression.  Never underestimate the value of elbow grease.  Also, take time to de-clutter, and this will make your home appear more open and spacious.  Buyers can be turned off by messy, crowded closets, tons of knick knacks and photos, cluttered tables, etc.
