Rent, then save, then buy... if you can&#039;t save, you shouldn&#039;t buy. Unless you have rich parents/relatives that will give you a bunch of dough.</description>

So as investors research and wait for the bottom and begin to buy many take the plunge and buy themselves and are enjoying there first home or an upgrade from where there were.</description>
