We Share Our Commission With You
So how does the rebate program work? Below is an example for a $500,000 home purchase, showing the typical 6% commission from the transaction and how it flows to each party.

So what's the catch?
Our business model is based upon the premise that our Buyers (you) will take a slightly more active role in the home search. Specifically, we ask that you drive or walk past the homes you like before you set a showing with us.
Our 50% rebate program includes two, 2-hour Showing Appointments. During each of your 2-hour Showing Appointments you may see as many homes as you like within the 2-hour time frame. Typically, we can get to 6-8 homes in that amount of time depending on the locations. If you need more than two, 2-hour Showing Appointments then your rebate will be reduced slightly starting with the 3rd Showing Appointment.
Our minimum commission is $4000 therefore if the total commission falls below $8000 your rebate percentage may be adjusted.
