Home Buyers Program

Receive a cash rebate equaling 66% of our commission. There are no up front fees. Simply narrow down your list of homes to a handful of favorites, set the showings with us, then use us as your buyer's agent to close the deal and receive your cash rebate.

How Does It Work?

1. Sign up with us as your agent.
2. Search for the home you'd like to buy.
3. Narrow down your list of homes to your favorites.
4. Showings: call us at (866) 930-2541 or email us to schedule a 2-hour private home tour with one of our showing specialists.  Please do not call the listing agent to show you the home (why?)
5. Make an Offer: we'll draft the contract for you, submit it for you, and we will handle all negotiations and counter offers until price and terms are agreed upon.
6. Under contract: once you are under contract your Real-a-Save agent will take care of all the details, and will skillfully guide you to a successful closing. Your agent will help with inspections, keep track of deadlines and important dates, and will review all legal documents along the way. You can follow the progress of your deal on your My Real-a-Save page.
7. Closing: we'll attend the closing with you, and we'll be there to explain all of the important nuances of the closing documents.
8. Your Rebate: You'll receive your rebate about a week after closing. You'll receive 66% of our commission.( How much will my rebate be?)
