Highlands Ranch
If a luxury, master-planned community is what you're looking for, Highlands Ranch is worth a visit. This small and fairly new town boasts luxury living, enviable schools, extensive open space and a great proximity to everything.

Open Space Anyone?
What separates Highlands Ranch from several neighboring suburbs are the homes. Gated communities shelter breathtakingly elegant, custom homes. These modern houses are designed for large, busy families and feature brick exteriors, spacious quarters, gourmet kitchens, contemporary details and expansive windows with views of the entire Front Range. Although Highlands Ranch is known for opulent homes and golf-course living, smaller and slightly-older suburban homes are found here as well-and can be found at a great price since there is so much development occurring in the area. Thanks to conscientious city-planning, more than 4,000 homes back to open space and 85% are located within 1/4 mile of a park or open space area.
As with any Colorado town, preserving open space and enjoying outdoor activity is important to the residents of Highlands Ranch. 22 parks, more than 70 miles of trails, and 2,000 acres of natural open space area can be found here. In addition, residents enjoy two skate parks, an outdoor inline hockey rink, four off-leash dog areas, eight lighted public tennis courts, three lighted ball fields and three community gardens. All this is offered only a 30 minute drive from the foot of the Rocky Mountains, making ski trips and mountain hikes a breeze.
Because of its close proximity to downtown Denver, the up-and-coming Denver Tech Center and several other Denver suburbs, residents of Highlands Ranch easily enjoy shopping, dining and entertainment anywhere they desire-including within the community. The Highlands Ranch Town Center offers every big-box amenity expected in the suburbs, nearby Park Meadows Mall covers most retail desires and small shopping centers provide everything in-between.
Highlands Ranch is a very desirable area for many; beautiful homes, lots of parks, great schools and a close proximity to the metro area make it hard to pass up!
