Palo Park
On the north-east end of Boulder, between 28th St., the Diagonal Highway, Iris St. and Jay St., is the neighborhood of Palo Park. Strictly a residential space, this small and charming neighborhood is an affordable starting-point into Boulder house-ownership.

Skillful Design
There are more town homes and condominiums in Palo Park than anywhere else in Boulder, but, because of skillful design and dramatic landscaping, these homes blend in nicely with the single family homes and open spaces in the area. Aspen Grove and Pendleton Square, the largest condominium complexes, offer 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom condos, beautiful grounds, a club house and community pool, and a fabulous location close to all Boulder has to offer.
An enclave of single family homes makes up the rest of Palo Park. Small ranch homes sit on quiet cul-de-sacs amongst large, shady trees, creating a strong sense of neighborhood in the area. Several new homes have popped up in Palo Park as well, greeting neighbors with large decks, modern design and bolder color palettes. A winding, tree-lined creek finds its way through most of Palo Park, and, with open space bordering one side of the neighborhood, a large park and two public tennis courts, Palo Park supports the nature lover in us all.
