Table Mesa
Table Mesa's tranquility offers the perfect getaway after a work day in any busy downtown area. This neighborhood, located on the south end of Boulder, is flanked on two sides by mountains and open space, giving a generally predictable suburban neighborhood something spectacular and defining.

New or Old, There's Room to Stretch
Single family homes are the norm in Table Mesa, and can be found in original condition or completely renovated, updated and added onto. Most homes are solid brick, or brick and vinyl, split ranch style. In Boulder, where space is becoming a luxury, Table Mesa dishes up plenty of privacy with large backyards and room between the houses. Large trees line the quiet streets, where bikers and runners outnumber cars.
Dotting the hillside above the majority of Table Mesa are newer, larger homes with big decks and big views. Modern construction materials of stucco, wood, metal and glass are common in this area, which overlooks a sizeable lake and the Harlow Platts Park. A wide path around the lake is perfect for evening strolls, and the well equipped playground, tennis and volleyball courts and hockey rink welcome outdoor enthusiasts of all ages.
Although most of Boulder's commercial district lies further north of Table Mesa, it's not necessary to leave the neighborhood to have your needs met. Along with a grocery store, the Table Mesa Shopping Center is home to the popular ¡Ajuua! Mexican Grill, local favorite Café Sole and authentic Tandoori Grill. The Mountain Edge Fitness Center is a trendy place to get in your 45 of cardio, after which you should walk to Exedra Spa for a deep tissue massage and rejuvenating facial.
It's easy to fall in love with this peaceful neighborhood. Table Mesa is only 10 minutes from downtown Boulder, where shopping and nightlife abound, yet offers an easy escape to a slower way of life.
