Cherry Creek
It's not hard to understand the draw of Cherry Creek. It's in the heart of Denver, yet feels like a city unto itself. Removed from the stress of city-life, but not isolated from city-living.

Forget the fabulous atmosphere, culture, shopping and dining for a moment, and you're left with houses. Just houses. Except that in Cherry Creek they're not just houses. Each home here is a work of art, a design masterpiece right off the pages of Architectural Digest. Glass and metal take center stage in the modern homes, sprawling across Xeroscaped yards or soaring into the trees. Or, opt for a stucco villa, with red tile roofs and grand balconies reminiscent of a Spanish beachside retreat. Residents here enjoy breathing room from their neighbors with large lots, manicured gardens and beautiful trees.
When residents step outside, most need only take a quick stroll to find themselves in the heart of Cherry Creek North, a chic (without conceit) outdoor shopping area. Cherry Creek residents also enjoy the Cherry Creek Shopping Center- offering up a posh, upscale mall experience with stores found nowhere else in Denver such as Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue and Macy's.
Highly rated Cherry Creek schools are within walking distance of most residents, and parks with well-equipped playgrounds are just about everywhere. Cherry Creek North sponsors an annual Films on Fillmore series, where residents can be found outside, watching movies and participating in sing-a-longs, once a week throughout the summer. The Cherry Creek Arts Festival showcases the best local and national artists' work, along with an eclectic performance schedule and array of children's events. The Gourmet Series features celebrity chef demonstrations and tastings in some of Denver's best restaurants.
