Rosedale
Although only 8 blocks by 5 blocks, this small, friendly community has a lot to offer. It has four churches, an antique row, a well-known Italian restaurant, a recreation center and a supermarket. Comprised primarily of moderately priced brick homes, a few newer dwellings help to create a more contemporary feeling.

Parks and Porter
Two areas of Rosedale make this town well known in Denver. One is Harvard Gulch, a spacious, hilly park in the center of the community. Here can be found an outdoor pool, a nine hole par 3 golf course, picnic areas, jogging paths and the Denver Urban Garden. It is also the site of the recreation center. It is an ideal place to play games or just relax in the shade.
The other is the world renown Porter Adventist Hospital, located in the southeast corner of the neighborhood. Built in 1930, this medical center offers leading edge medical care and facilities. Several innovative procedures were pioneered here, including robotic surgery and the 3D heart scan. Another leading edge medical procedure - SIR-Spheres Liver Treatment was developed here. "Porter", as it is commonly known, serves patients from all over the world.
Residents of this community enjoy easy access to other Denver areas via the modern light rail system and nearby interstate 25. Truly, Rosedale is a very desirable destination for carefree, urban living.
